STUNG TRENG, Cambodia – July 3, 2025 – The Roksi project, an initiative of Mission Alliance Cambodia, successfully conducted its inaugural “Roksi Peer Learning Day (RPLD).” This event aimed to gather business owners, farmers, individuals, and producer groups who have been receiving personalized business coaching from Roksi. The day allowed them to share practical experiences related to their existing businesses by employing the TROIKA method, learning about Business Health Assessment, conducting a SWOT analysis to identify their weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats, and understanding financial recording.
Mission Alliance Cambodia collaborated with local partners, including World Hope International (WHI), Non-Timberland Forest Products (NTFP), Ponleu Ney Kdey Sangkhum (PNKS), and Integral Cooperation Cambodia (ICC), to facilitate this event. As a result, the workshop brought together 21 actively engaged participants. They demonstrated keen interest and a willingness to share their experiences and learn from one another, feeling more connected and informed.
